I have spearheaded the issuance of PTC for the bank’s Personal Loan portfolio. I was instrumental in setting up the securitization business for the bank and ensured closure of multiple transactions in excess of Rs core through which the bank was able to churn its portfolio and enhance income generation effectively managing the bank’s secured and unsecured loan ratios, thereby optimizing its overall financial performance.I have also led the sale of written-off retail portfolio in excess of Rs 900 crore to an asset reconstruction company.Responsible for origination and distribution of syndicated loan facilities.I help facilitate effective short-term and long term liquidity deployment/borrowing, optimizing asset management and improving financial stability through Interbank Participation Certificates, securitized debt instruments, commercial papers.
