I am the Business Development Leader for Unison\'s national M&A practice. I\'m primarily responsible for growth within Mergers & Acquisitions Group but also represent and advise corporate insurance buyers on their insurance needs and solutions. My focus is representing private equity clients and their portfolio companies in all aspects of the insurance marketplace which includes Property and Casualty Risk and Health and Benefits/Human Capital along with very specialized or \"one-off\" situations. In many cases we work in conjunction with other client intermediaries such as Investment banks, Accounting firms and Law firms involved in the insurance and transactional space.Also specialize in deal specific products, tools and strategies in M&A transactions including but not limited to Representations and Warranties insurance, Tax Indemnity Insurance Solutions, Litigation Buyout Insurance, Environmental Insurance and other elements of non-traditional risk transfer Solutions.
