ABOUT JAY MILITSCHER

I help organizations get value from their data. People rely on me to build and run strategies and teams that help them leverage data responsibly to achieve their mission and drive goals, namely to make money, save money, and manage risk. How? I open pathways to understand how an organization\'s products and services are being used, to deeply understand the market and their customers, so they can bring value to them through their offerings. That also means knowing where the gaps are, inefficiencies, and where to make adjustments. What\'s the value? Organizations go faster and win by making their customers happier through better product experience.A key to this is community - my biggest professional joy comes through helping people around me to grow, connecting them, elevating, teaching, and enabling them ultimately so that I feel successful because they’re successful accomplishing that mission.I’m a creative problem-solver devoted to serving the enterprise through close collaboration and leadership through influence. I’m a curious, lifelong learner embodying principles of experimentation, relentlessly challenging the status quo, with a track record of incubating vision into reality. The common thread throughout my career has been in identifying critical enterprise problems and opportunities, envisioning solutions, creating and leading disciplines, departments, programs that operationally carried the business strategy forward for growth.
