ABOUT JAY MENNEL

I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years with the majority of experience in pediatrics. I have experience in the acute setting with specialty interest in patients undergoing lung transplant, neurological disorders such as CP, brain tumors, or other neurodevelopmental disorders. I also have a high interest in scoliosis specific treatment for patients with idiopathic scoliosis and with aquatic therapy. Currently, I am the manager of the therapy department at Texas Children\'s Hospital The Woodlands. We have outpatient and inpatient services including PT, OT, SLP, sports PT, and Motion Analysis. Our department continues to grow and add specialty services including serial casting, equipment clinic, swallow studies, spasticity clinic, plagiocephaly clinic, hand clinic, NICU follow up clinic, feeding therapy, and many more services.
