ABOUT JAY PATEL
I’m a mechanical engineering student at McGill University with experience in aerospace and biomechanics. I’ve worked on projects like developing payloads for the McGill Rocket Team, where I help lead a group of 40 students studying spinal fracture fixation in-flight. During my 15 month co-op at the National Research Council, I published journal papers on advanced ceramic composites and contributed to experimental studies on laser ablation for aerospace applications. I’m excited to keep learning and contributing to projects in aerospace and biomechanics, and open to any opportunity where I can make a difference and learn.
