Started at Surfboard in Feb 2024, which was acquired by Dialpad in Sept 2024.Key Achievements: Scoped, planned and lead the development of an additional real-time, event-driven ticketing integration, enabling data synchronisation for performance and reporting. Led the building of a new Time Off integration – enabling Surfboard to support 26 additional HR system providers.🧾 Led the building of an internal tool for the billings team – enabling the automatic calculation of monthly seat counts, removing costly manual work, and improving data accuracy. Built out our performance metrics feature – enabling managers to deep dive into agent productivity on an individual and team level. Improved the Engineering team’s process surrounding On-call activities and general documentation – including co-creating our new Engineering Wiki.
