An executive leader with 25 years of experience across the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, HUB, Specialty Pharmacy (SP), and Payer sectors. I specialize in designing and executing impactful healthcare service strategies and technology solutions that drive patient access, operational efficiency, and commercial success.My career began at Zurich Insurance, where I built a solid foundation in healthcare coverage. I later transitioned into the Biotech/Pharma space with Adjuvantz and Amgen Canada, gaining hands-on experience in patient services and access programs.In 2015, I acquired Adjuvantz Inc. from its parent company and led its merger with GMD, a specialty pharmacy and 3PL provider. Two years later, I successfully sold the combined entity to McKesson and remained with the organization in a leadership role, contributing to national patient access, specialty pharmacy, nursing and infusion solutions.In 2020, I founded Pace Healthcare Ltd, a specialty healthcare consulting firm, which merged in 2021 with Lyceum Health—an innovative health technology company. Together, we launched RxNexus and FIllPoint, a digital platform and Specialty Pharmacy designed to transform how patients, providers, and pharma navigate access to therapy.I’m passionate about innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and I thrive on building solutions that improve the patient journey/experience while advancing business outcomes.
