Developed Covid-19 protocols that were beneficial in having full sports seasons in 20••••21. Wrote athletics handbook for Briarwood Christian School. Developed the Sports Science and Performance program. Hired a Director of Women\'s Athletics. Hired 7 Varsity Head Coaches and appointed/hired over 20 assistant coaches.Coordinated capital projects for improved athletics facilities- weight room, locker rooms, batting cages, and graphics. Led high profile search for a new head football coach to replace a hall of fame coach who retired. Recently completed an Athletics Assessment through Southern Teacher and received a very high rating.
