The scope of this Barzan Gas Diversion Pipe Line project will include the implementation of a new UG pipeline between Station A4 (Lean gas from Barzan) to Station A3 (QG-North) providing connection for a future expansion to Station A1 (QG-South) and NFS station. This pipeline designed to accommodate intelligent pigging and include pig receiver at QatarEnergy station A4 and pig launcher facilities at QE Station A3.The main objective is to divert excess Lean Gas from Barzan to the existing LNG trains in QGS and QGN and new mega LNG trains in NFE and NFS.(MJ-642 QG).Common Cooling Water System (CCWS) project is to extend the Sea water supply and return headers for NFE Project Common RO Plant located in Lot W2 & W3 identified under Phase by installing main cooling water pumps at existing Pump House 3B and other associated facilities in line with the NFE requirement. Qatar Petroleum is developing the “North Field Expansion (NFE) Project” where 4 new mega LNG trains with total capacity of 33 MMTPA will be implemented. It is proposed to install a common Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant catering to NFE and future Petrochemical project.(MJ-628 QP).The Barzan Pipeline Project includes decommissioning and installation of new pipeline 32” Dia. Export Gas Pipeline, 4.5” Dia. Meg Pipeline, 1.5” Dia. CI Pipeline, Fiber Optic Cables & MT Power Cable to deliver sour gas from three well sites with unmanned wellhead platforms, all located in the North Field Offshore of the State of Qatar, to an onshore Gas Plant located at RLIC, Qatar. The project will include also the installation of new MEG delivery system, LTE, Beach Valve & Pig Receiver. Thereafter carryout commissioning of entire pipeline section (MJ-622 QG)EPIC for Dukhan 87 KM Portable Water Supply including a pumping system & Water reservoir from Jabel Tanks Farm and will comprise 3 main pipelines with delivery Branches and three (3) new pumping stations located in Khatiyah North, Fahahil Stripping.
