Whether we\'re advising federal agencies or leading projects our approach centers on human-centered planning and practical execution. We assemble teams of engineers, technologists, operators, and communicators to deliver impact where it\'s needed most.Pro bono service as a Trustee to the Board of the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association and as Executive Director of the Lake Cane Restoration Society (LCRS), resulted in the transform one of Central Florida’s most iconic lakes into an outdoor lab for community science, environmental education, and applied data research. Through public engagement, citizen-scientist cohorts, and partnerships we’ve advanced restoration goals while empowering the public to take part in protecting their watershed.Leading the development of a digital twin of Lake Cane we draw on automated sensors, satellite imagery, and citizen-generated testing data. Our model integrates machine learning to detect trends and forecast threats such as algal blooms, low dissolved oxygen, or nutrient spikes. This experimental framework has evolved into a tool for applied research and proactive ecosystem management.Whether at a global scale or in a single watershed, I help teams solve complex problems by aligning people, data, and systems.    As Chief Resilience Officer I facilitate the success of Graham’s private sector, non-profit, and civil servant-led clients in building holistic resources and plans to get the most “bang for the buck”. On every project we of Team Graham achieve multiple goals, which could include, for example, the design of a flood barrier that also serves as a bike path, while protecting source water to make healthy drinking water achievable to all communities in the area. Essentially, we find the best communicators in their specialized fields. No project is an island. The people responsible for delivering a solution must connect with taxpayers, investors, residents, businesses and the media for our work to contribute to the vitality of a sustainable, thriving community.
