Benefit roadshows directly improved annual benefits enrollment engagement by 20%. DB pension roadshows were attended by 30% of DB plan members and received overwhelming positive feedback- Lead preparation of quarterly US Pension Committee materials, including performance insights and risk analysis. Ensure Board and governance mandates are met on a quarterly basis- Led the plan merger of US DB pension plans, resulting in annual savings in consulting and investment fees. Engaged all stakeholders (e.g, union, Finance, HR, and legal) and implemented change management.
