I’m a strategic thinker and planner, taking ideas generated from back-and-forth discussions with peers, colleagues and direct reports from brainstorming concepts into game changers. I establish robust analytical processes and expectations, creating the environment to unlock opportunities. Adaptable, even-keeled and optimistic, I handle issues, changes and pressure without drama. I have direct, hands-on, experience planning, reporting and validating Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) operations.Thriving in field enhancement at a production and development level. Particular strengths include turning field observations and trends into opportunities, then balancing the execution plans to meet risk, strategic or corporate needs. Highlights include:o Created a work flow and analysis process that identified 150 mmscf/d of optimization well potential on a base of 210 mmscf/d.o Received Presidents Award for leading the team that acquired 68 net sections of land in a tight gas, liquids rich gas fairway, capturing over 1 TCF OGIP in place and $1300mm in potential capital projects. The play was a proven success in 2011 and 2012 o Developed 5-10 year plan for execution of new Deep Basin play/lands in constrained and unconstrained environments. o Developed strategies to utilize both high and low WI wells to ensure continuity of activity (to maximize learning and efficiency) in a low capital environment.o Improved production forecasting by developed a systematic method for risking unplanned downtime as a function of maintenance cycles and frequency (appropriately risk unknowns).o Early delivered of gas programs in 2005 and 2006 resulted in increased corporate product guidance to markets
