I lead, motivate and work with virtual teams across business units to drive the achievement of a shared vision to deliver products and services, while also actively promoting new ideas, transformation methodology and maintaining an inclusive culture I am known for my problem-solving abilities, outside-the-box thinking, and forward-thinking approach, I have demonstrated the ability to excel in team management and navigating complex scenarios and individuals. In my spare time outside of work i am a very creative person who loves everything make up!
