Primary responsibilities include platform deployment, stack configuration, Initial application deployment, rolling application updates, customer onboarding and offboarding, and maintain a 24x7 production environment with a high level of service availability.• Plan, coordinate, and communicate network and system changes to minimize impact to the business.• Manage, Negotiate and control all IT related costs such as telephony, data circuits, software and licensing, end-user equipment, mobile devices, etc.• Responsible for maintaining a strong security score in MS O365 - All duties related to E-discovery compliance/Content Searches in O365 Security and Compliance - Utilize Apple Business Manager and MDM to maintain mobile device inventory and security for construction field services.• Plan and Design data and system backups providing multiple restore options to ensure business continuity in the event of breaches and system failures.• Lead incident response efforts including but not limited to live asset examination, gathering digital evidence to correlate events, running network investigations and performing memory analysis.• Deploy MFA in Office 365 and other systems as appropriate ensuring strict procedures and risk- based controls for privileged access to maintain data and information security.• Design, develop and deploy multi-layered approach to Cybersecurity utilizing DNS filtering (Cisco Umbrella), NGAV endpoint protection (Crowdstrike), URL rewriting, MS365 DLP policies, and AI driven cloud protection (MS 365 Defender).• Managed enterprise scale solutions that leverage the following AWS Services: EC2, S3, EBS, SSM, Dynamo DB, EMR, CloudFormation, RDS, CloudFront, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudWatch, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.
