About Jay J.
My ownership of a global cyber security company is the culmination of a progressive career in information technology, telecommunications and project management. I have a proven progressive career from that of a U.S. Army Information Technology Officer to a Project Manager handling multi-million projects ranging from $10 to $100-million. As a project manager, I have managed personnel from 25 to 100 in number. I have established and directed highly successful, multi-million dollar consulting programs. During my career, I have managed numerous technology projects at a total budget of $460-million. My face-to-face meetings with government and private sector clients along with four projects in multi-level marketing has allowed me to attain direct experience in developing business, financial and technology policies and procedures. I have been able to formulate and implement business development strategies along being adept at recruiting, training and leading effective technical and business teams. As a negotiator, I am able to build strategic relationships and partnerships with vendors, clients and financial institutions. My past achievements are indicative of an effective leader who communicates well and has a proven record in fast-paced, challenging environments.
