An ardent legal professional with 8+ year of rich experience in handling Contract Management, Legal Opinion, Due Diligence, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Secretarial arena, Assessment of Legal Risk and Mitigation Strategy.Law graduate with an eye for detail to provide best possible solution without compromising the ethos of Integrity, Compliance and Governance. I am also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.Focus from Support Function to Business Enabler: Liaised with the various sales channels to analyse and design the strategy to harmonize the intent of Regulator with the requirement of Business. Proactively liaised with function and carved out Process in lined with the directive of Regulator. Innovation and Technology: Commitment to a task and analytical skills has enabled me to create a forte in Digitization of Contracts. I have played protagonist role in developing six sigma framework, an end to end workflow for contract execution. The framework has enabled in improving efficiency (in terms of TATs), mitigation of risk, improved efficiency and approvals. Successfully adopted Machine Learning in legal arena and implemented platform for Digital Execution of Contracts. I have played a leading role in development of Legal ChatBot. It’s a self-learning chatbot and is capable of handling legal queries of all the internal employees and advisors.
