As the founder of a successful residential real estate and lettings agency, I’m passionate about providing the best possible customer care. Using my sound knowledge of legal regulations, contract management and accounting, I have developed a respected agency which prioritizes service delivery to landlords and tenants alike.As a leader I’m committed to offering coaching and training to facilitate high performance, and consider myself to be a motivational manager. I consider that I can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, using skills gained during my time as a Police Officer in the UK to negotiate at all levels and resolve conflict professionally. I take care to adapt my language to the audience and maximize my interpersonal skills, to develop trusting professional relationships.
