I have more than 13 years of research experience in the various fields of Economics with reputed concerns. My interest area includes Econometric Modelling, Health Economics, Public Finance and Auction Designing. I have expert level knowledge of STATA (statistical software) and developed several ado programs to analyse survey databases. I have extensive experience in handling large databases such as the Consumption Expenditure survey, Employment and Unemployment surveys done by the National Sample Survey Organization (NSSO) as well as the Annual Survey of Industries (ASI), National Family Health Survey (NFHS) and District Information of School Education (DISE) in STATA environment. I have delivered lectures on extracting and analysing these databases using STATA in several academic institutions like Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, yderabad and IIM Kolakata. I was associated with the government, civil society organisations and universities to assist them in their respective data related work at a professional level. I am always keen to explore research possibilities using these databases with an enormous inclination to pursue study in health economics and employment and industrial organisation. I have published a fair amount of academic research in high impact factor journals, including Social Science and Medicine, Journal of Quantitative Economics and Economic and Political Weakly I am keen on a career that allows me to explore my skills further and learn newer applications in analysis domains that are useful to the organizations dedicated to academic research and policy analysis.
