ABOUT JAY DEMILLE
I am a licensed paralegal (P12147) and briefly worked as part of an in house legal team for a property management company. After a brief time there, I moved on and joined the Operations Team at Northview Apartment REIT at the regional level. Though working for these employers I have gained a very comprehensive knowledge of Ontario\'s Residental Tenancies Act which helps daily with decision making. I have also gained valuable leadership skills being the first point of contact for staff on many day-to-day matters. Additionally, I have developed valuable communication and customer service skills through daily interaction with building residents as an escalated point of contact.
