I come from a family of educators who inspired me to teach and support others as much as I can. At JLL, it starts with recruiting top talent to our world-class team. I continue to onboard brokers throughout their careers by ensuring they always have access to the resources and tools they need to be successful commercial real estate professionals. I also help brokers company-wide by leading our National Rookie Bootcamp, an intensive program for brokers with less than 3-years of experience. When I\'m not developing our team, my primary responsibility is to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency and delivering for our clients. I have extensive experience in commercial real estate in the Midwest. I\'m well positioned to advise and support our brokers and project teams as we execute projects that reduce costs and create workspaces that help clients attract and retain talent. When I’m not working, I spend as much time as I can with my daughters. I\'m also an avid athlete and enjoy running, tennis, and cycling.
