Since late 2012, I have worked for Worldcom Exchange (WEI) in Salem NH as a Solutions Architect. My current position is primarily pre-sales and technical consulting, working with customers to assess and scope out project needs to overcome technical challenges that they face. Once a scope has been established, I then develop a solution that would fit the requirements within fiscal guidelines. After an order for a solution is placed, I work with the implementation team and the customer to manage a successful roll- out. Post implementation, I maintain contact with the customer to maintain the relationship and bring additional value to the solution that was sold.
