I am a highly motivated Senior Manager with a twenty year track record of achievement in operational P&L responsibility for chemical parks, biomass plants, fuel terminals, air separation units and hydrogen steam methane reformers across the UK. Principal production sites located in Hull, South Wales, Teesside, Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Grangemouth and Glasgow.I enjoy an exciting combination of extensive commercial negotiation prior to delivering complete commercialisation of new major contracts. My key value adding activity is working closely with new and existing customers to negotiate a mutually beneficial contract before delivering project execution and contract commercialisation. Projects range typically from enhancement of existing assets to major capital investment on brown field site developments. In addition to engineering and commercial challenges, I have delivered extensive organisational management of change across the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Poland.Throughout my Management career, I have been personally committed to repeatedly deliver safe, reliable, efficiently operated production sites in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction both internally and externally to Px Limited and the BOC Linde Group. I have a technical mindset that allows me to problem solve commercial and engineering challenges on industrial projects of all sizes. I have sound judgement and impeccable standards of personal behaviour that enable me to successfully lead diverse teams within highly regulated environments. I represent company interest on a number of industrial and government bodies and have built solid relationships within a wide range of market sectors including fuel storage, biomass energy plant, utility supplies, hydrogen development, clean energy (Industrial Carbon Capture and Storage), chemicals, manufacturing and oil and gas. I am an active mentor both internally and externally and a regular contributor to the wide arena of people development.
