About Jay Briggs
I am a Manager in Training (MIT) at Kimball Midwest. In this position, I am completing several multi-month rotations in various departments of the business. Through each, I am learning the specific business function, how to lead a team, and further diversifying my overall business skillsets. I am also working with managers on process improvement projects. Thus far, I have completed rotations in Administrative Services, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Legal.Previously, I graduated from the University of Redlands in 2023, where I received my bachelor’s in both Business Management and Psychology. I was also a collegiate scholar-athlete in golf. Furthermore, I received my Nonprofit Management certification from the University of Redlands School of Continuing Studies. Upon gaining more hands on work experience, I plan to obtain my MBA.
