Lead the development of 5 successful Co-CIO MPS solutions (over £1b AUM) from design, construction, on-going support and future enhancements. • Leading conversations with clients, sales teams, PM’s and other stakeholders to agree the co-manufacturing operating model, investment allocation, legal contracting, governance, risk and compliance readiness, implementation and commercial arrangements. • Responsible for accurate and timely distributions of fund data across over 50 platforms and vendors.• Applied deep knowledge of MiFID II, CASS, Consumer Duty, UCITS, and AIFMD to strengthen oversight and mitigate fiduciary risk and risk profiling funds. • Led the design and creation of Consumer Duty Co-CIO framework, client suitability, and Target Market Assessment processes, ensuring senior stakeholders understood regulatory requirements and control effectiveness. • Acted as key advisor at governance committees, providing insights on risk exposures, operational impacts, and legal considerations. • Managed annual distributor due diligence reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiduciary standards. • Partnered with senior management, compliance, risk, and legal teams to deliver regulatory-compliant products and resolve issues through clear escalation processes. • Oversaw governance and reporting for £2bn legacy asset migration, coordinating transfer for 14 distributors and 500+ IFAs.• Mentored Junior staff on the AML KYC onboarding process, ongoing AML remediation project, issue log and escalation, regulatory documents and key compliance considerations for their role.
