Economic Growth Program/Project Management and Administration; Econmic Growth Program Planning and Special Projects. 2021 to present - USAID/India. Private Sector Engagement and Innovation Lead. Changing the way people think about entrepreneurship, Private Sector Engagement and development. Past programs: Led agency\'s Cash Benchmarking research with UC Berkely\'s DIL. This changed how we think about how to value a program. Built USAID Tunisia\'s bespoke management consulting programs which created tens of thousands of jobs locally, and moved the GoT forward on transperancy in public finance. Led USAID/Afghanistan\'s private sector team in workforce development and small business programming to created thousands of local businesses. Built the Agency\'s process for reviewing projects at the Multi-Lateral Development Banks, and in USAID/Angola effectively collaborated with the Office of Technical Assistance, at the U.S. Department of the Treasury to move the government to use a sovereign wealth fund to safeguard public resources.
