As an Analyst in the COO Operations Program at Wells Fargo, my rotational program within Payment Operations under Global Operations has provided experience across reporting, metrics, and process optimization. In my first rotation with the Reporting team, I helped lead a migration from a legacy reporting platform to a new enterprise system. I audited 800+ active reports, partnering with stakeholders, end users, and clients to determine necessity, eliminate redundancies, and consolidate templates. This reduced the inventory to under 300, cutting complexity by more than half and improving access to critical data. I also managed the setup and maintenance of 120+ automated report distributions, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with business needs. This involved overseeing timelines, anticipating obstacles, and keeping leadership informed to secure resources and meet deadlines.In my second rotation with the Metrics team, I provided data analysis to support strategic and operational priorities across Global Operations. I fulfilled 500+ large-scale data requests, delivering insights on volumes, client behavior, and trend patterns. I developed dashboards, automated workflows, and created databases within SharePoint and Power Apps to centralize information and streamline reporting processes. These efforts improved efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of operational data, enabling faster, more informed decisions across multiple business units.Currently, in my final rotation with the Wire Resolutions team, I focus on process optimization for Risk, Customer Support, Funds Transfer, and many other Wire Resolution workflows. I analyze recurring errors, identify root causes, and work with quality teams to enhance functionality and align procedures across groups. By promoting standardization and shared data sources, I aim to reduce resolution times, increase accuracy, and improve client satisfaction.
