I am the Founder and Indigenous Relations Director of Rooted & Restored Collaborative and have worked in the behavioral health field since 2014, specializing in culturally rooted outreach, program development, and systems-level consulting.My work centers on supporting organizations and individuals serving Indigenous and historically colonized communities by integrating cultural identity, community-based healing, and modern therapeutic approaches. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work, with a strong foundation in cultural humility, relationship-building, and responsive program design.At Rooted & Restored, I lead and facilitate cultural respect and humility trainings, Indigenous relations consulting, community engagement, and culturally grounded support services for Indigenous communities and healthcare organizations.
