About Jax Smaldone
In 2020 I began my journey with Spotlight and kickstarted my career. My role was to clean databases in our existing ATS system. My responsibility with the company quickly grew into what they are today as the needs of our company evolved. Over time, the leadership of the Spotlight team has allowed me to develop and hone my skills into an effective member of any team. In my current roles, I wear many hats that require functional interpersonal skills, but also technical keyboard skills. My two primary focuses are as an IT Administrator and Lead of the Technical Sourcing Team.
