Helping businesses prosper and grow! I enjoy the challenge of helping companies maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. In fact, sometimes I look at business as a game – a very important game, and one where we are trying to win and be the best we can be. As an executive professional, I thrive on challenges and driving forward to achieve accomplishments in a collaborative fashion. Building strategy is important; executing a successful strategy is critical. Recently my wife gave me an option to do one of two things: strip, modify and repaint some furniture or buy new. I knew it would be easier to buy new, but the challenge of redoing the current furniture was somewhat appealing. Never having done anything like that before, I did my research, gathered the tools I needed, rolled up my sleeves, and got to work. Several weeks later, I was admiring the pieces we put in place and realized this is what I love doing in business. I like to develop a good roadmap, both internally and externally, then strategize to create a plan, get the team motivated and involved in moving the plan forward, and work hard to get our mission accomplished. It’s tough to remain competitive in today’s market, but with creativity, innovation, and a solid plan, great things can happen.
