Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT related functions on a day to day basis.• Troubleshoots Mac, Windows Hardware and software/tools for end users through service desk walk-ups, chat, video conference and Jira/ServiceNow.• Troubleshooting as related to video conferencing tools, including Zoom & Teem,familiarity with Crestron, Extron, Revolab etc• Sets up Laptops, mobile phones/iPads, Blueprints/MDM, email, VPN, and internet access for users via secure company network.• Triage, assign, resolve, or escalate all incoming tickets.• Basic network troubleshooting including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN design and administration, and wireless networking. Network monitoring tools like Cisco Meraki, network management along with server racks basic setup and maintenance. • Oversees the replenishment and allocation of inventory to their appropriate locations.• Contact and collaborate with software and hardware vendors (ie Dell, Lenovo, Genesis, etc) to solve issues as needed. • Onboarding administration, Procure, provision and deploy new hires hardware/accessories for end users. Educates new hires on new software and technology related procedures to secure a swift onboarding process.• Collaboration with team members and IT leadership, implement great support processes, procedures, and documentation, Mentor team members• VPN tools such as Junos Pulse VPN, Cisco Any Connect, Global protect.• Procurement and Inventory Management - Order, receive, track and issue hardware, software and peripherals. Run weekly, monthly & Quarterly Asset audits to keep books up to-date. Also helped in achieving lost assets. • Inventory management using Oomnitza, Teqtivity.• Cloud Apps and storage knowledge on Box / google drive / AWS manage, support, and provision business application in a cloud-based environment.
