About Jawahar Jayakumar
Getting a Post Graduate Diploma in Management was the first step to any real exposure I have recieved - working with multiple teams of amazing people from different places in the country, and from different spheres of life. Life at Byju\'s was no different either in that sense. Starting my first job at an Assistant Manager level has exposed me into challenges I never saw coming. Some of those I enjoyed, some of them I struggled, but all of them provided learnings. I took up the role of Marketing Manager at Byju\'s Tuition Centre during a transition period at Byju\'s and shifting teams on short notice was not very smooth. New challenges await at the centre and I\'m sure there are a lot to learn and unlearn here. I keep looking at opportunities to improve my skill and knowledge in Marketing no matter where I am working from.
