ABOUT JAWAD QURAISHI

Ever since his college days, Jawad Quraishi’s life experience has reinforced his skill set as a real estate professional. Working through college as a waiter developed his ability to relate to strangers and establish rapport. “In my life, my core values professionally and personally do not differ very much,” he says. “Honesty, punctuality, and accountability are values I cling to dearly.” Earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and helping injured athletes return to their sport taught Jawad much about building relationships based on trust, patience, and perseverance. His sincere empathy earns the confidence of clients as he guides them through the real estate process.Jawad specializes in serving investors, providing them with discounted properties at a fair price. His growing network includes other real estate professionals who invest, rehab, and rent out properties throughout Southern California. He is driven to make a difference for new and midlevel buyers while guiding veteran investors to opportunities that expand their portfolios. Innovative thinking enables him to offer multiple solutions at every turn in their journey.Born in Los Angeles to Afghan immigrants, Jawad supports a nonprofit organization that builds learning centers and skate parks in his parents’ homeland. “In a war-torn country, it’s a great outlet for the youth,” he says. In his spare time, Jawad enjoys hiking, golfing, basketball, exercise, and reading.
