Hire and train new staff, educate on the rationale behind the key performance levers for the business and coach newcomers, how to efficiently achieve the targets.• Ensure that the facilities, operations, and performance at the assigned center consistently meets the standards of Prometric and its clients. Engage in property management to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.• Plan regular schedules and supervise permanent and temporary staff. Maintain a 12-month center schedule for utilization of center open hours to meet and satisfy corporate SLA (Service Level Agreements).• Resolve customer issues and address complaints and operational issues in effective manner.• Co-ordinate with Project Manager for opening of new test center.
