CTM develops and creates immune-privileged Connective Tissue and ExtraCellular Matrix (ECM) structural implants. Our products are designed to cover or protect tissues intra-operatively and to augment or replace damaged or inadequate tissue at the surgical site.As the head of HR and the first HR hire at CTM, my role comprises all aspects of the People and Culture function. This includes building foundational policies and programs, HR strategy, benefits and compensation, recruitment, health and safety, learning and development, coaching, employee relations, performance appraisals, career progression and much more.
