I am a mission-driven, results-oriented leader with more than a decade of experience across K–12 education, nonprofit management, and youth development, focused on building equitable systems that prepare young people for academic achievement, career readiness, and long-term success.I currently serve as a Grant Manager and Graduation Coach at Central Wake High School, where I oversee a large-scale, state-funded initiative supporting college, career, and workforce readiness. In this role, I manage compliance and reporting, lead cross-sector partnerships, and support a caseload of 350+ students through graduation planning, dual enrollment (CCP) coordination, and targeted intervention strategies designed to improve persistence and outcomes.Beyond my professional role, I remain deeply engaged in community leadership.
