Javon is a web designer and digital marketing consultant based in Tucson, Arizona. In 2019, be started helping small businesses as a freelance content creator and social media manager. As his customer base grew, so did his skill set. In less than 3 years, he went from filming videos for Instagram and scheduling social media campaigns for small businesses to crafting full-scale campaigns, which included e-mail marketing channels, CRM integration, and recruiting a team of specialists for every other aspect of digital marketing the average company needed. This eventually led to working with larger companies like Keller-Williams real estate, U-Haul, and the board game companies.Since then, Javon has learned that his passion isn\'t linked to winning big accounts or running a team, but rather supporting local, family-operated businesses that depend on marketing to continue putting food on the table. Today, he focuses on developing custom websites for his clients, getting them on Google so their desired customer base can find them, and supports them with a continued relationship and marketing-related consultations that help their inbound flow of leads stay consistent for both their website and their business.His average client sees a 20% increase in revenue after. implementing the strategies he suggests, and reported up to 100 new leads a month through the websites he develops for them. Since the website is the foundation of their marketing funnel, many of these leads are already warm, have developed a sense of trust through the sites themselves, and are ready to do business as a result.Before offering advertising and marketing services, Javon was a lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the United States Air Force (Pay grade E-5, AFSC 2A671H). During his enlistment, Javon started investing in real estate, starting with a small duplex on the east side of Tucson, AZ. Javon cares very much about attention to detail and often says, “Trust but verify”. He also holds the Air Force\'s core values (integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do) in high regard. These philosophies are what he attributes to his success and reputation.In his free time, he enjoys serving on the production team at his church, going to the gym, and spending time with his family.
