ABOUT JAVIER TERRERO DÁVILA
Economist with 5+ years of experience, currently at the OECD working on labour markets and incomes. I coordinate cross-country research projects using administrative tax data. I supervise and conduct empirical analyses combining administrative, geospatial, survey and macro data to inform policies. I also serve as Advisor to the OECD AI Task Force, the organisation’s strategic body for AI adoption, investment and best-practice diffusion. Previously, I worked on regional development, competition policy and business regulation.I believe that rigorous empirical evidence leads to better policy and helps citizens understand its impact. I am keen to connect with professionals who share this approach.
