Javier currently focuses as the lead employment and consumer class actions litigation Paralegal for the Employment and Consumer Class Actions Department. His duties include but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, scheduling, speaking to clients, legal research and writing, calendaring, damages analyst, preparing for arbitration, preparing for mediation as well as pretrial and trial preparation in state and federal courts. Conducts court filings electronically through ECF for federal courts across the country as well traditional in court filings. His experience extends to working on MDLs and JCCP matters.
