With a solid foundation in Six Sigma methodologies, our team has achieved significant advancements in product quality and manufacturing efficiency.While supervising both Enclosures and e-coat departments, my role evolved to Manage all Non-Conforming Materials areas for the Battery Pack department which included comprehensive performance management strategies, costs savings and ensuring that Tesla\'s vision for innovation and sustainability is reflected in every aspect of our operations.
