As well as improving customer satisfaction and business goals with clear and measurable objectives.As a user centred practitioner, I strive to understand the totality of the components influencing a project, from the organisation\'s strategic goals to the service proposition and the final user experience.Skills and methodologies used during EE engagements:User research Qualitative: user interviews and usability observation sessions.
