   Designed Cutting Tool to be used to cut Multilayered Insulation (MLI) from the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) on the exterior of the International Space Station (ISS).• Developed detailed drawings for Cutting Tool Components per ASME Y14.5 and NASA / JSC Standards.• Conducted tolerance analyses for EVA Cutting Tool Components.• Designed three (3) Lunar Geology Tools for the Artemis Program. Tools include Sample Return Bags, Sample Bag Dispenser, and Tool Holster.• Compiled and presented weekly status update reports to NASA Customer.• Procured and assembled medium to high fidelity prototypes for internal and external evaluation and testing purposes.• Developed concepts for over three (3) other EVA Lunar Geology Tools including the Tool Attachment Belt, the Tool Cart, and the EVA Light.• Created top level assembly drawings that were presented in technical design reviews.• Coordinated efforts to prepare NASA’s Thermal Vacuum Chamber A for the Lunar Vertical Solar Array Technology (LVSAT) test series.• Led interface meetings with three (3) test requesters to ensure that the requirements of each test were properly communicated.• Managed technicians to perform facility preparations for the test series, which included assembling and wiring lights, cameras, and a heater cage.• Maintained task schedule to track pending action items and ensure their timely completion.• Tracked and justified deviations to approved budget.
