I’m a passionate and curious leader with 12+ years of experience in retail and e-commerce, operating across Europe in both digital and brick-and-mortar environments. I thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings where ownership, innovation, and delivering results are key to success. My career spans some of the most dynamic companies in their respective sectors: • C&A, a major European fashion retailer with over 1,300 stores and employees • Wayfair, a global e-commerce leader in home and living, with more than employees worldwide • Just Eat Takeaway.com, a FTSE 100 and AEX-listed food delivery platform operating in 20+ countries • Amazon, a leading e-commerce retailer, with over 1.5 million employees worldwide, where I currently serve as Principal Vendor Manager in the Books category, driving impact at the intersection of culture, commerce, and customer obsession Across these organizations, I’ve built and scaled departments from scratch, led cross-functional teams of up to 35 people, and delivered commercial growth by focusing relentlessly on the customer experience. Whether optimizing product assortments, reshaping team structures, or leading cross-market initiatives, I’ve always prioritized long-term value over short-term gains. My leadership is grounded in high standards and a deep belief in developing others. I’ve consistently built high-performing teams by hiring and developing talent, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. In 2021, I earned an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, further strengthening my strategic and financial perspective.
