I serve as Director of Operations at Gray Space Strategies, where I lead execution of firm-wide operational strategy across our cybersecurity, national security, emerging technology, and critical infrastructure portfolios. My role centers on translating strategic priorities into structured execution—aligning leadership vision with internal systems, client delivery, research initiatives, and growth objectives. I work across teams and partners to ensure our analytical rigor is matched by disciplined operations and measurable outcomes. As Associate Director of Operations, I previously led internal systems and client-facing initiatives while overseeing the firm’s Research & Content Development portfolio. I also served previously as Senior Associate for Research & Content Development, strengthening the firm’s analytical foundation through research and strategic insight on cyber policy, defense innovation, and business risk. My work focused on bridging analysis with practical implementation for decision-makers operating in complex federal environments. Before joining Gray Space Strategies, I worked with the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), contributing to research on defense industrial strategy, global technology competition, and emerging security risks. I hold an MA in Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA in Political Science and Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame. Originally from Dorado, Puerto Rico.
