   Directed the Information Governance (IG) workstream enabling USAA Bank to align with the Enterprise Information Management policy. Led Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) execution for USAA Bank allowing the organization to achieve a “well-defined” 4.89 score (out of 6) • Led the critical report certification team responsible for guiding and assessing USAA Bank’s most critical reports to ensure adherence to report, data, and model controls in support of RDAR Consent Order commitments • Pioneered the expansion of data stewardship capabilities across USAA’s data operational layer including the identification, training, and onboarding of technical/business stewards to support over 500+ information assets including applications, databases, and reports • Guided the expansion and implementation of data quality dimensions in support to the maturation of USAA’s DQ measurement capabilities. Streamlined the DQ issue management process enabling Bank to leverage historical error data to transform it into insights driving predictive controls • Established a data-driven environment empowering Bank IG to base all strategic decisions on data analysis.
