My mission in this role is to oversee and enhance Epiroc’s service agreements and global workshop operations. I ensure operational efficiency, uphold high service standards, and support Customer Centers and other stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships.My focus are:* To optimize service agreement management for maximum efficiency.* Enhance the operational performance of global workshops.* Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.* Implement innovative solutions in workshop operations.* Align service agreements and workshop operations with Epiroc’s strategic objectives.Scope of the position:Global (11 direct report), with more than 350 Contracts and 75 Workshops on the network.
