Javier has been a Graphic Designer for the past 32 years with six of those years working for a Marketing/Design firm right out of college. In 1994, he started the design team with Al Ross and a sign company that eventually became the leading sign fabricator in Houston, Texas and has spent the last twenty six years doing what he loves best, his passion for design. In 2019 he joined the Humble Sign Co, he is experienced in all aspects of implementing great sign designs and creative sign solutions which have led to several great designs nation wide. He is a Highly organized creative thinker who is particularly effective at taking projects from concept to completion. Strong analytical skills developing procedures that streamline production and satisfied time and budget constraints. His design talent and dedication to quality has become part of the process of excellence that defines our company & signs; from consulting with design firms on materials and budgeting to working with individual clients on design and placement. His leadership and attention to detail has helped execute a client\'s vision, develop an established brand, or bring to life an original concept from scratch to a finished product.
