At one of the largest gigafactories in the world, spanning 5.9 million square feet, I lead Operational Excellence efforts focused on building a high-performance, people-centered culture. As the Continuous Improvement Manager, I oversee a team of 28 specialized trainers dedicated to deploying and standardizing lean tools and TWI (Training Within Industry) across operations.But I don’t just implement lean, I help leaders live it. My role centers on coaching supervisors, team leads, and frontline managers to integrate lean thinking and leadership behaviors into their everyday routines. The goal: to build a culture where continuous improvement isn’t just practiced but embedded.Key Focus Areas:Developing frontline leadership through lean coaching, daily problem-solving, and structured follow-up.Strengthening team performance and engagement through hands-on training and aligned communication.Facilitating open dialogue, accountability, and trust across all levels of the organization.Driving clarity and consistency in process improvement efforts, from the floor to senior leadership.By combining structured lean methodology with the heart of servant leadership, I help shape an environment where people are not just supported, but inspired to grow, contribute, and lead. Because at the end of the day, continuous improvement is more than tools and systems, it’s a mindset, and it starts with people.
