Responsible to schedule and monitor the materials movement through the production cycle to determine the materials and services required. Purchase materials, using MRP to maintain inventory at planed levels. Periodically prepares, calculates and reports raw material PPV to manage on timely manner; is responsible to working according with established policies, controls, accepted practices and purchasing techniques and procedures.• Provide schedules and purchase orders to supplier, according to the agreement method, process and LT based on each individual supplier material and demand behavior.• Review and respond to MRP messages, monitoring of disposition and execution of non-conforming materials as needs.• Works directly with production planner to review and respond to production needs• Defines and maintain MRP planning parameters for its correct performance as required at a minimum once a quarter.• Analyze, investigates, and troubleshoots MRP system outcome before the execution.
