Serve LAUSD’s Organizational Excellence branch; the primary training & development, performance, and engagement resource for LAUSD’s classified employees.• Construct and deliver trainings for classified employees. Topics are: Effective Listening, Professional Image, Time Management, Information Management, Personal Accountability, Goal Setting, Personal Productivity, Resume Building, Cover Letter Basics, Job Application Tips, Preparing for Employment Tests and Employment Interviews, Career Path Development, Developing Professional Social Media Acumen and Career Presence, and the Importance of Networking and Relationship Building.• Perform post-training data analysis: analyze participant demographics for trends, construct heatmaps to visualize popular employee locations, review post-training evaluation results, and conduct reports on MyPLN LMS and SAP HRIS to better understand our participants.• Support LAUSD\'s classified employees recognition program with reviewing recognition nominations, communicating program updates with key parties, conducting the assessment process for submission of nominees for county and state recognition, managing our social media presence, market our program with the goal of increasing nominations on a yearly basis, coordinating logistics for our end of the year employee event, and evaluating program successes and areas of improvement for next year’s cycle.• Utilize Canva and Adobe to create: job aids to assist with step-by-step procedures for completing key job functions, one-page summaries of trainings, training workbooks, and additional training resources.• Develop and deliver Long Beach City College’s Promotional Success Training Academy for their classified workforce as part of a consulting opportunity presented to LAUSD. • Assist in managing the Classified Growth and Development tool used to manage LAUSD’s performance evaluations for all classified employees by managing requests from supervisors and management.
