KRY/LIVI is Europe’s largest digital healthcare provider, offering patients the ability to consult with healthcare professionals both online and in person.I joined Kry just ahead of its hyper-growth phase, during which I had the opportunity to lead several teams and initiatives, in addition to contributing to the core backend services. Key highlights of my work include- Spearheaded the development and deployment of Kry\'s first two ML components in production, managing the entire lifecycle from ETL and ML pipelines to A/B testing and ongoing algorithm evaluation- Designed and maintained Kry\'s column-level encryption library for operational data, overseeing it for over two years- Developed a process for seamless datastore migration of data tables on high-availability systems with zero downtime- Played a key role in ensuring GDPR compliance within our internal systems, focusing on user GDPR request flows and managing multi-tenant data controllers- Currently contributing as a key member of the platform team, helping to reshape our infrastructure to better align with the evolving needs of the business.
